ALCHEMY DMC has evolved from the passion of its founder, Sergio, for his homeland.

The first partnership started with Sergio and Tomas playing rugby, and so a lifelong friendship began. Both very hard workers, Tomas studied Programming and Web Design and Sergio studied Hotel Management followed by a course in Economics at Buenos Aires University. On top of his studies, Sergio continued to play rugby and also worked at the Emperador Hotel (5* hotel). Sergio launched his career in luxury travel working at the Four Seasons Buenos Aires Hotel. After three years at the Four Seasons, Sergio, a traveler at heart, soon took off to explore the world, continuing his experience in hospitality around the world in incredible destinations such as Norway, Ireland and Spain where he truly learnt how to satisfy the discerning traveler.

Returning in 2005, Sergio went into business to start INFOBA DMC Argentina, a leading incoming agency that has gone from strength to strength due to its foundation in high-end standards. Sergio’s hospitality experience and vision, combined with a solid professional team has meant that we have consistently achieved new standards in Argentine tourism – often resulting in crazy, out-of-the-box moments for all involved, such us welcoming a thousand supporters of one of Buenos Aires’ passionate home teams, Boca Juniors, for an incentive event where special guest Mick Jagger entertained hundreds of thrilled Norwegians..

Wanting to do something specializing in one-off, luxury experiences, Sergio then started ALCHEMY High-End Experiences for their more discerning clients, and this, combined with INFOBA DMC Argentina is what ALCHEMY DMC is born from.
