Gonzalo has been a globetrotter all his life- originally from Montevideo, he grew up in Buenos Aires, lives in Oslo since 1995 and works fulltime as Sales Manager for Aeroflot Russian Airlines in Norway. Since 2010 Gonzalo has been our man in Scandinavia, he has an extensive network of contacts in the travel industry and promotes the company throughout the country and region. On his free time he loves to read about geography, travels, journeys and history; although his biggest interests are basketball, diving and listening to The Ramones (apparently he has seen them live 17 times!)

Rune is a correspondent for the Danish press in South America stationed in Buenos Aires since 1999. He has a broad travel-experience both as a journalist throughout South America but also as a tour-guide for Danish groups in the region. He has a degree in Journalism from Denmark and a master in Economics from Universidad de Buenos Aires. He has travelled a lot in Australia, Europe and all of the Americas. Rune is the author of the most read guidebook about Argentina & Chile, published in 2016 by the mayor Danish editorial, Politikens Forlag.

Alexander is a partner of ALCHEMY DMC since 2014 and is responsible for the huge Russian-speaking market. He holds a degree in Economics from Moscow State University and is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. Proud of his Russian heritage, Alexander believes in the enriching power of cultural exchange and communication between the nations. Sergio Pizzagalli

Sergio is a passionate world traveler, fly-fishing lover, soccer devotee, foodie and natural born explorer. He is a connoisseur of all things remote, seeking out the most special experiences like challenging himself for discovering new remote areas in Argentina, fishing in the deepest Bolivian Jungle and spending time in North Korea. He may even be one of the only Argentineans who has stepped foot in this closed country! Sergio majored in Hotel Management and Economics at Buenos Aires University and embarked on his career in the hospitality industry at top hotels such as the Four Seasons Buenos Aires. Sergio spent many years travelling, learning and working in the travel industry before settling back in Argentina, living in Norway, Ireland and Spain during this time. Back in his home town of Buenos Aires, Sergio founded INFOBA DMC Argentina with his best friend Tomas almost 18 years ago and since then their company has gone from strength to strength, growing into a renowned DMC company, developing unique travel and event concepts. Some years ago, they created the ALCHEMY High-End Travel Experiences brand, which was designed to partner with travel professionals from the luxury arena, providing truly individual experiences. From here, they have grown their diverse range of products and events and are excited to be launching the entire company as ALCHEMY DMC and building the ALCHEMY Group of Companies from this. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Destino Argentina, an association that promotes luxury travel in Argentina. The future holds incredibly exciting things and new projects for all things! Esteban hails from Buenos Aires. He handles all things Branding, working closely with the Graphic Department in all aspects from design to manufacturing to final placement (he is not shy about tying ropes and securing flag banners on a windy day). From an early age he took an interest in all things creative, especially art, lately working with advertising agencies producing storyboards and concept art for TV commercials. This experience helped him develop an eye for producing high quality work and assisting clients in meeting their needs. On his spare time he enjoys learning about foreign languages and cultures, drinking good coffee and listening to cool tunes from the best rock artists both local and from abroad.

Alejandro is a passionate soccer fan and practiced Judo for many years. He loves his work and his beginnings were in a wholesale tour operator focused on receiving the first cruises that arrived in Chile in the early 80's. He worked there for almost 10 years and then moved to Operations Manager in a tour operator based in Latin America, where he worked for 6 years. Nowadays he is working for ALCHEMY DMC Chile.

From the very beginning Anibal knew that he loved helping people in so many different ways. He started helping his suburb square to becoming a playable place for those avid for sports. He is a former basketball and volleyball player, and he loves to play “fútbol” every weekend. Anibal started working in hotels in Montevideo, where he was born, and became Sous Chef at both hotels and English-Spanish translator from Oxford University before he went to explore Brazil & Argentina for a while. Nowadays, happy to be part of MICE Dept. on ALCHEMY DMC, he brings together his passion for work while cooking for slums children’s on a help center some weekends.

Initially a communications specialist and TV journalist, Brenda travelled extensively around Peru for more than two years, showcasing many of the country's most remote and beautiful locations. Based on that experience, she decided to specialize entirely on Inbound tourism, an activity she has dedicated exclusively to for more than 14 years. As Operations Manager at ALCHEMY DMC Peru, her current work involves setting up custom tour packages that allow visitors, on holidays or business, to take full advantage of their trip.

Anibal was born in Uruguay and grew up in Montevideo. He has been working in tourism and travelling since his earliest 20th. He moved to Florianópolis in Brazil for his internship in hotel administration and stayed for a year. Then decided to expand his knowledge in tourism and returned to Uruguay for a pair of years studying gastronomic business administration. That was when he began to make contact with events in a hotel in Montevideo. Very quickly, in 1998, he arrived in Chile and began working in the aeronautical industry for Swissair as a promoter in all the regions of Chile, which led him to discover the country from north to south. A while ago, he has become the head of MICE for ALCHEMY DMC Chile by CTS. He love to play fútbol, basket and without no doubts, share BBQ with friends and any guest arriving to Chile. There's always a good chat to come around a glass of chilean wine and a fire.

Geraldine, but her nickname is Geri. She was born in Santiago de Chile, but she lived her entire school stage in the south of Chile. She studied Tourism Administration and has more than 8 years of experience in Tourism. She is a very cheerful, jolly, positive person, and for her, life happens now. Her innate curiosity has allowed her to get to know different places in Chile, and she never gets tired of looking for new experiences.

He is a quite cheerful person, she really likes to discover new places and have new experiences. She loves to read the history of cities through their architecture, even in Santiago she is always looking for buildings or houses with history. She is a lover of cinema, music and wine.

After that, she couldn’t stop travelling to different countries every time she was able to, until getting to visit Hawaii and its Islands, one of her dreams. Her favorite place in Argentina is El Chaltén. She really thinks travel is a way of expanding our perspective beyond what we know, helps us to grow and we travel to fall in love once more. Born in the Maipo Valley, a small town south of Santiago, Dominique has dedicated her career to tourism, working in different areas such as hospitality, guiding, ecotourism, sales, education, wine tourism, and currently as a product executive at ALCHEMY DMC Chile. In her free time one of her great passions is soccer, and she loves playing it (preferably as an attacking midfielder, like the great Maradona style). Another of her passions is volunteering with foundations that promote education and conservation of the environment. Dominique is firmly convinced that to promote tourism we must also promote responsible practices that respect ecosystems and local communities.

Cecilia Onel, originally from Chuquicamata in the heart of the Atacama Desert, began her career in tourism working with prestigious 5-star luxury hotels, specializing in groups and events. Driven by a passion for travel, she moved to Qatar, where she had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse, international team and exploring over 90 countries. This experience enriched her understanding of global luxury travel. With over 15 years of expertise in tourism and an in-depth knowledge of Chile, Cecilia is uniquely positioned to craft exceptional, personalized experiences, even in the most intricate operations. Her passion and dedication ensure unforgettable journeys tailored to the highest standards.

Paz was born and raised in Santiago, where she developed her passion for discovering new places and cultures. She studied International Tourism Management because it offered her the opportunity to learn about her various interests, such as art, culture, and landscapes. After graduating, she focused on finding the best field of work for herself in order to pursue her beautiful career and continue learning. In her free time, she enjoys reading a good book, spending time with her family, and loves discovering new cafés and visiting museums with her best friend, as they always enjoy a good conversation about what the artworks convey to them every time they visit a museum.

She holds a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, although she has built nearly her entire professional career in the events industry. She is known for her kindness, strong organizational skills, and warm communication style, always bringing professionalism and creativity to every project. A passionate traveler within Argentina, she has explored almost every province and is always in search of new landscapes and hidden corners to deepen her knowledge of the country and its destinations. She is also a devoted fan of Argentine folklore and traditions, and has been practicing folk dancing for nearly 30 years.
