Great Wine Capitals (GWC) Global Network joins the ten major global cities that share a same key economic and cultural asset: their internationally renowned wine regions. GWC annually celebrates innovation and excellence in wine tourism, promoting the most outstanding destinations of wine production through their “Best of Wine Tourism Awards”.
The Argentine Zuccardi Winery, located in the Uco Valley was awarded the Golden Prize for the global category of  “Best Architecture and Landscaping”,  at the ceremony held in Portugal.

The winery which opened its doors last March, is integrated to its environment, from its particular design emulating the Andes Mountains to the materials used in its construction: Piedra Infinita Farm stones, water and sand taken from the local Tunuyán river.
